Antoine is a husband, father, and grandfather and proud founder and owner of Carpet & Flooring Transformers. Antoine founded Carpet & Flooring Transformers in 2011, as a carpet cleaning business, developing the business strategically, and, as Antoine frequently says, “sometimes through the grace of God alone,” to be a successful full-service flooring company with franchise availability.
Before Carpet & Flooring Transformers, Antoine worked in Corporate America, traveling a great deal, and spending far too much time on the road. Although bringing home a good salary, Antoine struggled with how much the required travel cut into time with his family. Then with the announcement of his first grandchild, Antoine’s perspective changed, and his priorities shifted. He could not fathom the thought of missing a moment with his grandchild. Antoine wanted to build generational wealth for his children and their children and not for someone else’s business and family, as he had done for so many years. Determined, Antoine set out to make his own way. He created his own career path, became his own boss, and took control of his time. Being the previous owner of a successful carpet cleaning service in the past, Antoine knew the ins and outs of the carpet cleaning business and moreover, he knew the profit margin and high probability of success, and thus Carpet & Flooring Transformers was realized.
After a successful 20 years of building and operating this very profitable business, franchising the company was the next logical step for Carpet & Flooring Transformers.
